Meleck John is a Tanzanian safari leader and mountain operator with more than a decade of hands-on experience planning, guiding, and accompanying travelers across Tanzania and on Kilimanjaro.

As founder of Parakuyo Tours & Safaris, he remains personally involved in itinerary design, logistics, and day-to-day guiding, ensuring each safari and climb is paced thoughtfully, run ethically, and managed with precise care.

As a co-founder, Ombeni plays a key role in safeguarding client funds, managing accounts, and overseeing payments to partners, staff, and community initiatives. Anderson Mbise is Parakuyo Tours & Safaris’ Chief Mountain Guide, leading Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru climbs with calm authority, precision pacing, and deep respect for the mountain. With extensive high-altitude experience, he is known for reading climbers closely, managing acclimatization intelligently, and creating an atmosphere of confidence and trust on the trail.

Anderson played a central guiding role during a full Machame Route expedition that included a documentary film production of “Three (Extra) Ordinary Women” supporting both climbers and crew with steady leadership and uncompromising safety standards. His quiet professionalism, ethical team management, and consistent summit success make him a trusted presence for first-time climbers and seasoned trekkers alike.
