Team

At Parakuyo Tours & Safaris, every journey is shaped by two forces working seamlessly together: the guides you travel with in the field, and the leadership supporting every detail behind the scenes.

Our front-facing guides—safari driver-guides and mountain leaders—are the heart of the experience. They are the professionals who interpret wildlife, manage safety, pace climbs, and care for guests’ day by day on safari and on Kilimanjaro.

Behind them stands a focused leadership and operations team, led by Meleck John, ensuring that planning, logistics, finances, and ethical standards are handled with care and accountability. Together, this structure allows travelers to experience Tanzania with confidence—guided by trusted professionals in the field, and supported by a team that takes responsibility seriously.
